Windows
This guide applies to the installation of the binary version (.exe) of jdivelog on Windows systems. The installation from the source code or from cvs is commited to well-disposed users only.
- Download and install the Java Runtime Environment 5.0 (JRE) from SUN for Windows.
- Download JDiveLog (the jdivelog-installer-X.X.exe!) from sourceforge.net and doubleclick on the downloaded file.
- On installation process you can install the RXTX-2.1 libs, which are required for downloading profiles from divecomputers. If you already have a working installation of RXTX, you should skip this package (this is also the reason why it is unselected as default). Attention: installing RXTX-Package requires administrator permissions

Hello,
I have issues with the installation of jdivelog on Windows Vista 64bits.
1st step is fine, but I can’t get through the second step. It doesn’t seem to bother jdivelog, because I can run it. Everything works correctly, except that i can’t specify the port com. it doesn’t find any of them.
I have installed the “rxtx-2.1-7-bins-r2″.
I have tried the same installation process on windows xp, and it works fine…
What am I missing ?
thanks for your help, i’d really like to use this soft for my ostc mk2

Dear Sirs
How can I print a dive log?
I have tried printing, but all I got was an A4 with some dives from 2005, no way to choose, no way to export.
The export to HTML failed also.
Can I export to Excell or somthing?
Dani
